Hugh has been a professional photographer since 16 when he left school to work in a commercial studio in West London. He spent five years at the studio learning his trade on all formats from 35mm to 5x4 field cameras, on work for clients including Fiat, British Steel, London Transport, Sony, Thames Water and Rediffusion, before turning freelance.
He is the author of the children's novel High Tide (Mabecron Books 2012) and a public speaker for the humanitarian aid charity ShelterBox.
In addition to stills photography, Hugh also manages drone projects for his clients, using the services of accredited, local drone pilots.
